We will arrange for our driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation in Arusha. You will stay overnight at Arusha farm house in Arusha city, where you can relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.
Arusha, also known as 'A' town by the locals, is located at the base of Mount Meru, Africa's fifth-highest mountain. The city's high altitude provides a pleasant climate and lush green environment. While some visitors may not consider Arusha particularly attractive, it is a necessary stopover before embarking on this safari adventure.

Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation and drive you to Tarangire National Park, approximately 2 hours away.
Tarangire is best known for its elephant families, savannah, iconic baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Animals gather at the river, and giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeest are often seen.
The park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeest. These animals are closely followed by various predators, including the king of the jungle, Simba, and its cousin, the leopard. From the open roof of the vehicle, you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the wildlife, and later drive to Marera valley lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3
Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Karatu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, we will continue our journey towards the fertile highlands where the Iraqw people grow wheat, coffee, and corn. We will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to view the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Then, we will travel to the Serengeti National Park, which we should reach by midday.
The Serengeti National Park is the largest in Tanzania, covering an astounding 15,000km² (5,800mi²) with diverse landscapes and habitats such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. This is where the great migration of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes occurs. Depending on the season of your visit, we may have the opportunity to witness thousands of animals searching for food and water as they migrate through the area.
After an extensive game drive, we will head to your Accommodation for an evening meal and overnight stay.

Day 4
Central to Northern Serengeti National Park
Central to Northern Serengeti National Park
On this day, you will wake up early and have a full breakfast. Afterward, you will embark on a game drive inside Serengeti. Our driver will take you to key areas in Serengeti, ensuring you have a full day to explore. We will make sure that you have the opportunity to witness the wildebeest migration during your tour with us.
The great migration varies yearly, with the best chance of seeing it from June to September. The wildebeest calving occurs from January to March. From July to September, our driver will take you to northern Serengeti, where you can witness the great wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River. Throughout the year, a million and a half of these majestic animals travel in search of fresh grazing pastures and follow the rainfall for better water sources.
After game driving today, you will head to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5
Northern to central Serengeti National Park
Northern to central Serengeti National Park
After an early morning in the northern sector of Serengeti National Park, continue your game viewing as you travel toward the central Serengeti. The landscape gradually shifts from riverine hills to endless open plains, rich with wildlife activity.
Along the way, encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebras, along with predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. The central region, especially the Seronera area, is known for its year-round wildlife density, including elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and hippos near the river systems.
Arrive in the central Serengeti in the afternoon for continued game viewing, dinner and an overnight stay at your accommodation.

Day 6

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in Serengeti National Park as you make your way through its vast plains, still offering chances to spot elephants, giraffes, lions, and other iconic wildlife.
Later, begin your scenic road transfer toward Karatu, passing through the beautiful landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with en-route views of wildlife and highland scenery.
Arrive in Karatu in the late afternoon for dinner and an overnight stay at your accommodation.

Day 7
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
Today you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Known as one of Africa’s natural wonders, the crater is home to a high concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and rhinos. A picnic lunch will be provided inside the crater at a designated picnic site, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and transfer to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay at your accommodation.

Day 8
Excursion to Materuni Waterfalls
Excursion to Materuni Waterfalls
After breakfast at your lodge in Arusha, you will depart for a day excursion to the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls, located on the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walk through the scenic countryside and local villages before reaching the stunning waterfall, where you can relax and take in the refreshing natural surroundings.
A lunch box will be provided for you to enjoy during the excursion. Afterward, you will continue to the nearby Kikuletwa Hot Springs, where you can unwind and swim in the clear, warm waters surrounded by beautiful fig trees.
Later in the afternoon, you will transfer back to Arusha or to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure, marking the end of your memorable Tanzanian adventure.
