Day 1

Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi and drive to Materuni Village, located on the green slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Enjoy a guided walk through banana plantations and lush forest to reach Materuni Waterfalls, one of the tallest waterfalls in the region. Take photos and enjoy time to relax or swim beneath the falls.

Return to the village for a hands-on Chagga coffee experience, where you will learn how local coffee is grown, roasted, ground, and brewed using traditional methods.

After lunch, continue to Chemka (Kikuletwa) Hot Springs, a hidden oasis with naturally warm turquoise water. Relax, swim, or float under the palm trees surrounded by beautiful fig trees and tropical vegetation.

In the late afternoon, drive back and you will be dropped off at your hotel in Arusha or Moshi.
