Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We pick you up at your lodge and depart to encounter Africa’s wilderness at Tarangire National Park, with picnic lunches, for a 2 to 3-hour drive. Tarangire is home to Tanzania's largest population of African elephants. You will spend enough time on game drives throughout the day to ensure your satisfaction. Traverse stunning landscapes and encounter magnificent elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Amidst the wilderness, a delightful picnic lunch awaits. Accompanied by an expert guide, immerse yourself in the captivating sights and sounds of the African wilderness.
While elephants take centre stage, Tarangire is home to a variety of other wildlife, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and various antelope species such as impalas and gazelles. In the afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and begin your journey back to Arusha or the airport.
