Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel or choose an optional city tour to explore local highlights such as art galleries, the Cultural Heritage Center, or the Maasai market. The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and impressive baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive in an open-roof safari vehicle, spotting a wide variety of wildlife across the park’s diverse landscapes. A picnic lunch will be served inside the park. In the late afternoon, continue to your lodge near Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Karatu to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the Central Serengeti. Enjoy scenic views and wildlife sightings along the way, with a short stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint if weather permits. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be arranged en route. After a picnic lunch, arrive in the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive before heading to your tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Full Day in Northern Serengeti

Spend a full day on extensive game drives in the northern Serengeti. Ngorongoro Crater & Departure

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater and descend to the crater floor for a game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an exceptional concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, and the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and return to Arusha. You will be dropped off at Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey.
