Entebe - Bwindi (Scenic Drive)

Depart early for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with a scenic drive through Uganda’s countryside, including rolling hills and local communities. Stop for lunch and refreshments en-route, then arrive in the late afternoon to check in at your lodge. Enjoy a briefing on gorilla trekking guidelines and prepare your gear for the next day. Dinner and overnight near the park.

Gorilla Trekking Experience

After an early breakfast, transfer to the briefing point for registration and assignment to a gorilla family group. Begin the trek through dense forest with trained rangers, following tracking information to locate the gorillas. Once found, you’ll spend a regulated time observing them at close range—an extraordinary wildlife encounter—then return to the lodge to rest, with dinner and overnight.

Bwindi - Entebbe

After breakfast, depart Bwindi and drive back toward Entebbe/Kampala with a lunch stop along the way. Arrive late afternoon or evening depending on traffic and route, then transfer to your hotel or the airport for onward travel. Optional domestic flights can be arranged for shorter travel time (extra cost).
