Your safari begins with a scenic drive from Nairobi to the legendary Masai Mara, with sweeping views of Kenya’s countryside, open savannah, and rural landscapes. After checking in at your luxury lodge and enjoying lunch, you’ll head out on your first afternoon game drive — your introduction to one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich ecosystems. That evening, Dr. Matt Jensen will host an opening "Inspire & Explore" talk, welcoming you to Africa and sharing how to experience the journey with greater meaning and presence.
The following day focuses on the great migration, with morning and afternoon game drives tracking massive herds of wildebeest and zebra across the Mara’s iconic plains, including the Mara Triangle. Expect thrilling predator encounters and unforgettable wildlife moments. Between drives, relax and reflect at camp. Later, your "Inspire & Explore session — On the Safari Trail" adds depth and perspective, enriching your connection to the migration and the safari experience.

In the morning, you’ll board two scenic bush flights into Tanzania and onward to the remote Northern Serengeti, one of the park’s most wildlife-rich regions. Upon landing, your guide will transfer you to your lodge for lunch and time to relax while enjoying sweeping views of vast plains and river corridors. Later that afternoon, you’ll set out on your first Northern Serengeti game drive, focusing on prime great migration areas where massive herds, big cats, and potential river crossings offer a thrilling new perspective on this iconic wildlife event.
The following day features morning and afternoon game drives dedicated to tracking the migration across open savannah and key river systems, maximizing opportunities for dramatic wildlife encounters unique to the Serengeti. That evening, Dr. Jensen will lead an "Inspire & Explore" presentation, adding reflection, insight, and deeper meaning to your safari experience beneath the African night sky.

Over the next two days, you’ll journey into the Central Serengeti, the beating heart of this legendary ecosystem and one of the best year-round wildlife viewing regions in Africa. Known for its wide-open plains, granite kopjes, and dense predator populations, this area offers exceptional opportunities to spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and massive herds of wildebeest and zebra.
Between drives, you’ll return to your lodge or camp to relax, enjoy freshly prepared meals, and take in sweeping views of the Serengeti stretching to the horizon. Whether you’re tracking big cats on the hunt or simply soaking in the stillness of the African bush, these days are designed to deepen your connection to the land and elevate your safari experience. The Central Serengeti offers a perfect balance of wildlife encounters, scenic beauty, and unhurried time to savor every moment. On the last night here, Dr. Jensen will present another exciting fireside chat at the end of your evening.

Depart Central Serengeti early in the morning and enjoy a scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, passing sweeping plains and volcanic highlands along the way. By late morning or midday, you’ll arrive at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater before descending into the crater floor for an unforgettable game drive in one of Africa’s most wildlife-dense ecosystems, home to black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, flamingos, and vast grazing herds.
Midday, enjoy a special bush lunch inside the crater, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the sounds of the wild. After lunch, continue your game drive across the crater’s diverse habitats before ascending back to the rim in the late afternoon. Stop at a scenic lookout point for a brief "Inspire & Explore" reflection, then continue to your rimside camp, arriving in time for sunset, dinner, and a relaxing evening.

Upon arrival in Arusha a few hours later, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel of choice or transferred directly to the airport, bringing an extraordinary safari experience to a heartfelt and memorable close.
