After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with centuries of Swahili, Arab, and European influences. Wander through narrow streets lined with historic buildings, browse local markets, and learn the stories behind cultural landmarks, including the Sultan’s Palace and old fort. Continue to a nearby spice plantation where you will discover the origins and uses of Zanzibar’s aromatic spices, from cloves and cinnamon to nutmeg and vanilla.
