Day 1

Your day begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or airport, followed by a scenic drive through the fertile farmlands and rolling hills of the Great Rift Valley, offering occasional views of wildlife along the route. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, embark on a guided game drive through acacia woodlands, open grasslands, and along the shores of the alkaline lake.

The park is famous for its huge flocks of flamingos, as well as black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, zebras, buffalo, waterbuck, and over 400 bird species. Learn about the park’s ecosystems, conservation efforts, and wildlife behaviour from your professional guide. Enjoy a scenic lunch stop after your afternoon drive. Capture photographs and savour the tranquil beauty of the lake and the surrounding landscapes. Return to Nairobi in the late afternoon for drop-off.
