Nairobi- Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be picked up from the airport upon arrival or from your hotel and after a short safari briefing, depart for Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have a brief stop at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley view point before proceeding with your journey. Masai Mara is famous for the 'Big Five' animals - lion, rhino, buffalo, leopard and the elephant. The Mara also hosts the spectacular annual migration of thousands of wildebeest and zebras from Serengeti.

You will arrive in time for lunch, followed by an exciting afternoon game drive. Later on you will return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive with a packed lunch provided. The reserve is renowned for its black-maned lions and abundant resident wildlife. It is one of the few places where you may spot the Big Five in a single morning game drive.

Cheetahs are often seen resting in the shade of safari vehicles and occasionally climbing onto the roof for a better vantage point. For bird enthusiasts, nearly 400 species have been recorded, including 16 species of eagles, numerous hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 species of bustards—including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird—and 9 species of sunbirds.

Later enjoy dinner and overnight at the camp.
