- After breakfast around 7:30 am, our professional driver guide will pick you up from your hotel or airport and drive you to the Volcanoes National Park. On the way, you will appreciate the attractive and green nature through the landscapes of "thousand hills".
- After lunch in the town of Musanze, visit the twin lakes Burera and Ruhondo and enjoy the stunning regional viewing of the volcanoes.

Gorilla Tracking

Encountering the mountain gorillas in the wild is a truly humbling and emotional experience that you are sure to remember for the rest of your life.
Early breakfast before proceeding to the park headquarters at 07:00 AM for a briefing on how to “behave “while in the company of a gorilla group. You will meet your guide here and proceed to the starting point of the trek to our allocated group of gorillas. The length of the trek varies depending on where the gorillas are as well as what the weather conditions are.
It is important to bring good hiking boots, long trousers for protection against stinging nettles, some snacks & sweets and water. Once the group of gorillas have been spotted and approached thanks to the trackers, at a distance of 5 meters maximum, you spend one hour before trekking back to the base and return to your lodge.

Then back to the foot of the volcano to return to Kigali.
