You will be met by Attractive Safaris’s representative at the Kigali international airport. He will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign marked “Attractive Safaris.” After greetings, you will be transferred to your accomodation.

Day 2
Kigali to Volcanoes National Park

After breakfast, your professional driver guide will pick you at your hotel and drive you to visit Kigali Genocide Memorial. Then proceed directly to Volcanoes National Park to be ready the next day to visit the famous Mountain Gorillas (optional: transfer by helicopter at additional cost). Check in with your hotel for lunch by 12:30.
After lunch, relax and enjoy the views overlooking the vegetable garden, reforestation efforts and Volcanoes National Park.

Encountering the mountain gorillas in the wild is a truly humbling and emotional experience, one that you are sure to remember for the rest of your life.
Early breakfast before proceeding at 06:30 to the park head quarters where visitors assemble at 07.00 for a briefing on how to “behave “while in the company of a gorilla group. You will meet your guide here and proceed to the starting point of the trek to our allocated group of gorillas.
It is important to bring good hiking boots, long trousers for protection against stinging nettles, some snacks & sweets and water. Once the group of gorillas have been spotted and approached thanks to the trackers, at a distance of 5 meters maximum, you spend one hour with the gorillas which is a truly amazing experience

Day 4

Early in the morning before 06:30 am you must vacate your room and drop off your luggage at the indicated location, after enjoying your breakfast, head for adventure trekking for the rare golden monkeys in the bamboo forest. This genus of golden primates is only present in the conservation area of the Volcanoes National Park. Two clans were used to the human presence. Although the sight and stay with these monkeys is maintained for up to a maximum of one hour, you will be able to observe golden monkeys in their natural habitat up close.
After lunch, return to Kigali (optional: transfer by helicopter at additional cost).
