Ngorongoro Crater and fly back to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast at your lodge, depart for the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife havens. Upon arrival, descend 600 meters into the crater floor for an unforgettable half-day game drive.

Often referred to as Africa’s “Garden of Eden,” the crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos, flamingos, and the rare black rhino. The dramatic scenery, combined with abundant animals in a relatively small area, offers excellent game viewing and photography opportunities.
