Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your accommodation at Summit Lodge. The drive offers scenic views of rolling hills, farmland, and local villages, giving a first glimpse of rural northern Tanzania. After check-in, you can relax at the lodge, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and prepare for the safari experience ahead. Dinner and overnight at Summit Lodge.

Day 2
Tarangire national park
Tarangire national park
After breakfast, you depart for Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and abundant wildlife along the Tarangire River. A full-day game drive allows you to explore the park’s savannah and riverine habitats, where you may see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and a wide variety of birdlife. A picnic lunch is enjoyed inside the park before continuing the safari in the afternoon. In the evening, you drive to Eileen’s Trees Inn for dinner and overnight.

Lake manyara national park
Lake manyara national park
After breakfast, you head to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. This beautiful park is famous for its lush groundwater forest, soda lake with flamingos, large troops of baboons, elephants, and the possibility of spotting tree-climbing lions. After the safari, you begin your return journey to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure, bringing your short safari adventure to a close.
