Nairobi to Lake Naivasha

Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the Great Rift Valley with scenic viewpoints en route to Lake Naivasha. You will have a brief stop in Mai Mahiu to view the Great Rift Valley. On arrival, proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park for a guided walking safari and optional cycling experience. This is one of the few parks in Kenya where you can explore on foot, walking among dramatic gorges, cliffs, and plains wildlife such as zebras and gazelles. After tour head to the lodge for check in and lunch.

Enjoy lunch at a lodge by the lake, the rest of the afternoon will be relaxation or an optional boat ride to see hippos and birdlife.

Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara

After breakfast, depart for the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at your camp or lodge. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive across the rolling plains, home to lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, and vast herds of herbivores.

Return to camp around sunset. At night after dinner, gather around a bonfire under the African sky or retire to your room for a restful night.

Masai Mara

Today after breakfast you will depart the lodge with packed lunch and have a full day drives in search of the Big Five and other wildlife. At around midday take a break and have lunch under an Acacia tree. After lunch continue with game drives. You will also have an optional Masai village visit. In the late afternoon, return to the lodge. After dinner you can unwind by the bonfire sharing safari stories or retreat to your room for the night.

Departure to Nairobi

After breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary farewell lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, renowned for its unique “Beast of a Feast” dining experience.

After lunch, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of a memorable Kenyan safari.
