After breakfast in Arusha, meet your driver-guide for a short briefing before heading to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a scenic game drive through rolling savannahs, acacia woodlands, and iconic baobab trees along the Tarangire River in the Great Rift Valley. The park is famous for its large elephant herds and rare species such as the greater kudu and fringed-eared oryx. Stop for a picnic lunch in the wild, then continue exploring until late afternoon. In the evening, transfer to Ngedere Budget Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today, descend more than 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a remarkable natural sanctuary teeming with wildlife.
