Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After an early pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, begin your journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Travel through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania and towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying beautiful views of rolling hills, local villages and changing landscapes along the way.

As you approach the Serengeti, the landscape gradually opens into the vast, golden plains that make this destination so iconic. Enjoy a picnic lunch along the way before entering the park for an exciting en-route game drive, with opportunities to spot wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, elephants, and some of the Serengeti’s famous predators.

Continue toward the Seronera area, taking in the beauty of the endless savannah as the day unfolds. In the evening, arrive at Seronera Campsite for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay beneath the African sky, surrounded by the atmosphere of one of the world’s most remarkable wilderness areas.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Conservation

After breakfast, leave the Serengeti behind and continue your journey toward the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area. In the evening, arrive at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite for a well-deserved dinner and relaxation. Take in the cool highland surroundings and enjoy a peaceful evening before settling in for the night, ready for an exciting crater adventure the following mornings.

After breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable morning game drive. Explore the crater floor with picnic lunch boxes and enjoy exceptional wildlife viewing, with opportunities to spot lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, and the rare black rhinoceros against the dramatic volcanic landscape.

After the game drive, ascend from the crater and drive to Kizumba Campsite for a short rest before continuing to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha later in the afternoon for drop-off at your hotel, marking the end of your safari with wonderful memories of Tanzania’s northern circuit.
