Program of the Day: After you are arrive at Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport Our professional safari Guide will pick up you and the then drive to Tarangire National Park, a journey of approximately two and a half hours on good tarmac roads. The park gets its name from the Tarangire River, which runs through it. This 'river of warthogs' is the region's only water source for wildlife during the dry season. The park is well-known for its elephant families, which can often be seen congregating by the river.
You may also see giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest. A range of predators, including lions and leopards, closely follows these animals. The population of birds that breed in the region is more than anywhere else on the planet! The huge, ancient baobab trees can be seen everywhere, some are said to have lived for more than a thousand years. Lunch will be at a picnic site inside the park. After your game drive, you will transit to your accommodation in Karatu.

Programme of the day: Get up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, our safari guide will pick you up from the lodge and depart for Ngorongoro to enjoy a game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater, with lunch boxes provided. Once the game drive is complete, you will be transferred back to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport for your own arranged flight back home or to your next destination, where our service ends.
This park offers a beautiful environment with shimmering lakes and wetlands, patches of acacia woodland and broad savannah hidden behind sheer volcanic walls. The journey into the crater is an adventure in itself, and once you arrive at the bottom, you will be surrounded by over 500 species of birds, as well as zebras, gazelles and wildebeests. The crater also provides one of the best chances to see the endangered black rhino, which can sometimes be spotted on the open grasslands.
