Venture into the bamboo forests and spend an unforgettable hour observing these rare and energetic primates in their natural habitat.
After the trek, enjoy an enriching cultural visit to the Gorilla Guardians Village, where traditional dance, music, and craft demonstrations offer insight into local heritage. Continue to the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund to learn about ongoing mountain gorilla conservation efforts.
Later, cross into Uganda and proceed to your lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.

Once located, spend a magical hour observing their social interactions and gentle behavior from a safe distance of 10 meters, an unforgettable wildlife encounter.
After the trek, proceed to Lake Bunyonyi, one of Uganda’s most scenic lakes, surrounded by terraced hills and dotted with islands. Relax and unwind amid tranquil views and abundant birdlife.

After check out, meet your driver guide and set off on a scenic journey through the rolling landscapes of southwestern Uganda. The drive offers sweeping views of cultivated hillsides, rural homesteads, and vibrant roadside markets, providing a final glimpse into the region’s natural beauty and daily life.
Proceed to the Cyanika or Katuna border for exit formalities before continuing onward to Kigali. Upon arrival in the city, your guide will transfer you to your hotel or to Kigali International Airport in time for your onward departure flight.
