Day 1

This morning, we will pick up clients from their hotel or airport and depart from Nairobi, driving through the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migration and is home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo and rhino. Have lunch at the lodge and relax before departing for the afternoon game drive. The Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the greatest wildernesses in the world. Large mammals are varied and easy to see. The wild animals found in the park are Masai giraffes, buffalos, elands and thousands of plain game including impalas, zebras, and both Thomson's and Grants gazelles.

Day 2

Have a full day spent for viewing the great predators and exploring the park's amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay, we will also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 3

Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Naivasha

Have an early morning game drive then breakfast at the lodge. Afterwards, depart for Lake Naivasha. A stopover is provided at Narok Town to browse in the bustling, vibrant Maasai markets to buy curios and handicrafts. Have lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for a boat ride in this freshwater lake to view the hippos. This is a beautiful freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus and is almost 13km across, but its waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres. The waters of the lake draw a great range of game to these shores. Visit Crescent Island or Hell’s Gate National Park at an extra cost. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.

Day 4

Have breakfast at the lodge then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Have lunch at the lodge then enjoy an afternoon game drive. This shallow Soda Lake has been famous for its flamingos but has also retained its reputation as an ornithologist’s delight with more than 400 species of bird found here. You may get out of the vehicle at the lake shore to get a closer look at the birds. The nearby cliffs offer sightings of baboons, birds of prey and scurrying hyraxes, as well as great views of the park. The national park covers 180sq km and is home to warthogs, waterbucks, buffaloes, reedbucks, and the occasional leopard as well as white and black rhinos which were introduced to the park some years ago. Dinner and your overnight stay are at the lodge.
