Day 1

Start your thrilling safari with a convenient pickup from our office at around 7:00 a.m., depending on your hotel location. After a brief orientation and payment, proceed to our assembly point to meet your guide and the rest of the group. At around 8:30 a.m., embark on a scenic journey towards the Masai Mara. Stop briefly at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning panoramic views and photo opportunities.

At around 1:30 p.m., arrive at your camp/lodge for a relaxing lunch and a refreshing break. Around 4:00 p.m., proceed on an exhilarating afternoon game drive, searching for the "Big Five" (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo) and other incredible wildlife. Drive back to your camp/lodge to enjoy a delicious dinner and night stay at your budget tented camp, Mara Olodare Camp.

Day 2

This is a busy day! After a hearty early morning breakfast, armed with our picnic lunch, we embark on a thrilling game drive through the heart of the Masai Mara, renowned for its vast herds of wildebeest and zebras.

The morning light is ideal for spotting wildlife as they become active, and you may have the opportunity to witness the iconic sunrise in the park. As you explore the diverse landscapes of the park, keep your eyes peeled for the "Big Five" and a variety of other wildlife, including cheetahs, hyenas, and giraffes.

At around midday, enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch amidst the stunning savannah, surrounded by the sounds of nature. After lunch, continue your wildlife adventure, possibly witnessing the seasonal dramatic Mara River crossings (between July and September). Return to your camp/lodge for another memorable dinner and share stories of your incredible day with fellow travelers. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Mara Olodare Camp.

Day 3

After breakfast, immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the Maasai people with a visit to a traditional Maasai village (an optional activity of 30$, paid at the village). This unique experience offers a glimpse into their authentic way of life, where you'll witness their vibrant traditions, intricate beadwork, and harmonious coexistence with nature.

You'll have the opportunity to interact with the friendly Maasai people, learn about their customs and beliefs, and even participate in traditional dances and songs. It's a truly unforgettable cultural encounter that will leave a lasting impression on both you and the host community. Check out before noon and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park.

You will have lunch en route, proceed to Nakuru, arrive, and check in at your camp. You will be dropped off at your hotel/lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru NP - Lake Naivasha NP

Proceed for an early morning game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for flamingo, white pelican, ibis, egret, marabou stork, alongside wildlife animals like both the white and black rhino, as well as Rothschild's giraffe.

Enjoy the scenic view of the park from the baboon cliff, which is a great vantage point. Around 11:00 am, depart for Naivasha, arriving in time for a late lunch. This afternoon, you can opt for a boat ride safari on Lake Naivasha (approx. $30 extra each) or partake in an optional walk on Crescent Island alongside wildlife (entry ticket to the island is around $33 per adult; you need to mention to the guide in advance if interested). Otherwise, relax at your hotel and have an overnight stay after dinner.

Day 5

After an early breakfast, proceed to Hell's Gate National Park. This park offers a unique blend of adventure and wildlife viewing. This is the only park that allows transport by foot and by bike. If you like, you can rent a bike (from $30) and explore the park at your own pace, enjoying the open plains and diverse wildlife. Otherwise, from your safari car or on foot, spot a variety of animals, including zebras, giraffes, gazelles, elands, and hartebeests.

The park is home to a diverse array of bird species, including vultures, eagles, and many more. Get up close and personal with the wildlife on a guided safari. If open, you can go into the gorges or even climb Fischer's Tower.

Later, with lunch en route, proceed to Amboseli, then check in at Ambokili Cottages for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart with our picnic lunch boxes for a full-day game-viewing drive, with Mount Kilimanjaro's backdrop offering good photographic scenery, including animals such as jumbo-sized elephants, buffaloes, lions, gazelles, cheetahs, wildebeests, hyenas, warthogs, zebras, giraffes, and baboons. All meals and your overnight stay are at Ambokili Cottages.
