Upon arrival at the iconic Naabi Gate, enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch before heading out on an exhilarating half-day game drive. The Serengeti is world-renowned for its incredible wildlife, including big cats, vast herds of wildebeest, and the awe-inspiring great migration. Keep your eyes open for elephants, giraffes, zebras, and much more as you traverse this magnificent ecosystem.

Game drive in Central Serengeti and then transfer to Karatu for Overnight stay

After breakfast at 7:00 AM, embark on a full-day game drive through the Central Serengeti, exploring its vast plains, kopjes, and acacia-dotted landscapes. Your experienced safari guide will follow the best wildlife areas based on recent sightings, giving you excellent opportunities to encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, gazelles, and many other species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive throughout the afternoon. As the day comes to an end, exit the Serengeti and drive toward Karatu, passing through the beautiful landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Arrive in Karatu in the evening, check in at your lodge, and relax after an exciting day of wildlife exploration.

Full-Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater with Scenic Return Journey to Arusha City

After breakfast, begin your journey to the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most extraordinary natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, descend into the vast caldera, the largest unbroken one on Earth, famed for its breathtaking landscapes and incredible wildlife density.

Explore this spectacular sanctuary, home to around 30,000 large mammals, including elephants, lions, buffaloes, cheetahs, and the rare black rhino. Bird enthusiasts will enjoy sightings of flamingos, eagles, buzzards, and many other species unique to the region.

Pause at a scenic spot within the crater for a leisurely picnic lunch, surrounded by pristine nature. The afternoon continues with game viewing, offering further opportunities to spot the Big Five and marvel at the crater’s extraordinary biodiversity.

In the late afternoon, begin the scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving in time for your onward travel.
