While no formal training is required, walking at altitude can be challenging, and navigating through dense bush demands focus and flexibility. After breakfast, trek into Volcanoes National Park's lush bamboo forests to spot the rare Golden Monkeys. Spend an hour observing these playful primates as they forage for bamboo and interact with each other. Following the trek, visit the Cultural Center to learn about the Batwa Indigenous people and their traditions. Depending on your schedule, either return to Kigali for an overnight stay or head to the airport for departure.
