Arrival in Arusha to Tarangire

Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport, heading to Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.

Upon arrival, enjoy an afternoon game drive across the park’s scenic plains. Watch for elephants, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species.

Later, check in at a comfortable mid-range lodge or tented camp near the park, enjoy dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the African wilderness.

Ngorongoro crater to Arusha

After breakfast, depart Tarangire and drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying the scenic landscape along the way.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage site, home to lions, elephants, hippos, buffalo, and flamingos in the crater lakes.

After a memorable wildlife experience, begin the drive back to Arusha, arriving in the afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or Kilimanjaro Airport, concluding your 2-day safari.
