Day 1

Mombasa to Saltlick

Mombasa to Saltlick

Depart from Mombasa after breakfast and journey inland through scenic countryside and traditional villages toward the world-famous Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Arrive at the iconic Salt Lick Safari Lodge in time for lunch, surrounded by stunning views of the sanctuary and its abundant wildlife. In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting game drive in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and other animals before returning to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay overlooking the floodlit waterhole.

Day 2

Saltlick to Amboseli National Park

Saltlick to Amboseli National Park

You shall start the day with an early morning game viewing before breakfast. Return to our lodge for breakfast. After breakfast proceed to Amboseli national park arriving on time for lunch. An afternoon game viewing drive is scheduled for the late afternoon when animals are at their most active.
Weather permitting the mount Kilimanjaro will emerge from the clouds and the sights of the snow peaked peaks will be awesome. Overnight at your lodge or tented camp accommodation option.

Day 3

Amboseli national Park

Amboseli national Park

The park offers a variety of wildlife such as wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, lions and cheetah. The park also features a diversity of landforms, and you may travel through wetlands, savannah, woodlands and thorn-bush country.

You’ll have fun on these many game drives, a visit of to the observation hill. At this hill you will have a better over view of the park including the adjacent marshy swamps.

You can also take advantage of an optional visit to the local Maasai village to meet its people and learn about their nomadic culture and way of life.

As you depart Amboseli, you’ll take a last glance at Kilimanjaro and perhaps sneak a peek at its famous summit, if the clouds disperse. Return to your lodge for Dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Amboseli to Tsavo West

Amboseli to Tsavo West

Optional early morning game drive. After breakfast, check-out and drive to the park for one more rewarding game viewing in search of Lions, Elephants, Cheetah, Zebra, Buffalo, Wild Dogs and many more. The park is quite rich in bird-life. Their lifestyle is one of the most celebrated in Africa and represents a true reflection on how life used to be before civilization. Exit the park and drive to Tsavo West national park. Game viewing after entry on our way to the lodge for check-in and lunch. Your evening game drive will take you to Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary. The waterholes in this place play a major attraction to Rhinos and especially during the dry season. Continue with your game viewing in search for both big and small wildlife. Chances on spotting Leopards in Tsavo West is higher than any other per you will have visited. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 5

Tsavo West to Tsavo East

Tsavo West to Tsavo East

The early bird catches the worm You shall embark on an early morning game drive and scenery viewing drive before breakfast. Sunrise catches you as you explore the Tsavo West national park to see the early grazers and predators. It's at this time you will also visit the Mzima Springs to see hippos, crocodiles, fish species and flocks of native birds. The greenery surrounding the underground springs is a welcome contrast to the dry terrain that form park of Tsavo West national park. Later proceed with game viewing en route to the park's exit gate. Drive to Tsavo East via Manyani gate. Game viewing en-route to your lodge/tented camp. Arrive on time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in search of the man eaters of Tsavo East and other wildlife. Due to the nature of vegetation and the stunning landscape, Wildlife viewing in Tsavo East is quite enriching. You will traverse the vast national park enjoying your game drive. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Voi wildlife lodge.

Tsavo East national park is a land of unparalleled biodiversity and naturally home to Africas Big Five - black rhino, Cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, and of course, lion. Other wildlife roam freely in this savanna land. There shall be an early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast you will check out and proceed for a mid-morning game drive en-route to exit. Drive to Mombasa arriving in the afternoon.
