You will be warmly welcomed at the airport or hotel by your private guide. After a short briefing, step into your private Land Cruiser and head west as you make your way to Lake Nakuru National Park.
You'll arrive at Lake Nakuru in the early afternoon and head straight into the park for an afternoon game drive. Known for its flamingos, endangered white rhinos, and lions, Nakuru offers a very different safari environment. Watch the sun begin to set over the lake as you check into your lodge or camp for the night.

Wake up early for a morning game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park, a beautiful reserve known for its diverse wildlife and shimmering alkaline lake. Keep your eyes peeled for white and black rhinos grazing on the open plains, Rothschild’s giraffes silhouetted against the acacia trees, and an impressive array of birdlife — from pelicans to the famous flamingos that paint the lake’s edge pink when water levels are right.
Afterward, we drive through the Great Rift Valley as we make our way to the world-famous Masai Mara.
Arrive in the Masai Mara by early evening, where you can settle into your lodge and enjoy a relaxed evening, or choose to visit a traditional Maasai village (Manyatta).

After an early breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. This park is one of Africa’s best safari destinations, known for its incredible density of wildlife and rolling savannah landscapes. Expect to encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and leopards.
You’ll also have a chance to see cheetahs hunting on the open plains and hippos wallowing in the Mara River. Depending on the season, you may even witness the Great Migration. Lunch will be served picnic-style in the bush, before continuing your wildlife adventure into the afternoon.

Your second day in the Masai Mara gives you another chance to explore new areas of the reserve and deepen your wildlife sightings. Head out at dawn for optimal viewing and follow fresh tracks with your guide, possibly catching dramatic predator-prey interactions in the golden morning light.
After your morning game drive, you will cross the border into Serengeti, where a local Tanzanian guide will be waiting to welcome you and continue your journey. From there, you will embark on a game drive through the vast plains of the Serengeti, enjoying wildlife sightings along the way as you make your way to your lodge located inside the park.

An early morning game drive offers one last opportunity to experience the Serengeti at its most active. Later in the morning, you’ll begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This brings one of the safari’s true highlights: descending into the Ngorongoro Crater. This natural amphitheater is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, and the critically endangered black rhino. The crater floor offers year-round water and grazing, making wildlife sightings consistently exceptional.

You'll start the day with a guided Kigali city tour, including a moving visit to the Genocide Memorial, vibrant local craft markets, and key cultural landmarks that offer insight into Rwanda.
After the city tour, you'll depart for Volcanoes National Park, a scenic drive through Rwanda’s beautiful countryside.

Alternatively, you may opt for a hike to the Dian Fossey Tomb, a powerful and moving journey through the forest to the resting place of the legendary primatologist. Along the way, you'll learn about her tireless work to protect mountain gorillas and the legacy she left behind in these misty mountains.

After the trek, continue your journey to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the deepest lakes in Africa, known for its scenic beauty and dotted with terraced hills and small islands. Settle in and enjoy the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.

Start your morning with a scenic drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s premier wildlife destinations. The park is home to an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and elusive leopards often seen lounging in the shade.
In the afternoon, set off on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, home to one of the world’s largest hippo populations. You’ll glide past massive pods of hippos, crocodiles basking on the banks, and large herds of elephants and buffaloes coming to drink. Few places in Africa offer such consistent and close-up encounters with wildlife.
After continuing with another game drive for sunset hour!

This morning, head for chimpanzee trekking experience at Kalinzu Forest. With the guidance of expert trackers, you’ll follow signs through the forest until you find one of the habituated chimp families. Once located, you’ll spend one hour observing their interactions—grooming, feeding, or moving through the canopy. It’s an up-close and authentic encounter with one of our closest animal relatives.
Afterward, you'll begin your journey toward Lake Mburo. As you travel, keep an eye out for some of the park’s wildlife, which occasionally wanders beyond its boundaries, as well as flocks of Uganda’s famous Ankole cows with their impressive horns. You'll arrive at your lodge in time to relax and prepare for tomorrow's exploration.

Begin the day with a guided walking safari, led by an armed ranger — a unique way to get closer to the animals in Lake Mburo National Park. The park is one of the best places in Uganda to see large herds of zebras and the striking Rothschild’s giraffe. You may also encounter topis, elands, and other antelope species, along with a wide variety of birdlife.
After the walk, you'll begin the drive back to Entebbe. Along the way, you'll stop at the Equator for photos and a chance to pick up some local crafts. You’re expected to arrive in Entebbe by early evening to check into your lodge and rest.

Begin your final day in Uganda with a morning boat trip on Lake Victoria — the largest lake in Africa. You'll head out as the sun rises, passing early-morning fishermen before reaching the Mabamba Swamps, one of the best places in the world to see the elusive shoebills.
From here, accompanied by a birding guide, you'll switch to a traditional canoe and glide deeper into the swamp channels.
Spotting a shoebill in the wild is a special moment — this rare bird, with its massive beak and prehistoric look, is often described as “something out of the dinosaur age.”
After the excursion, return to Entebbe for airport dropoff.
