Ariival and Transfer to Tarangire National Park

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our professional driver-guides. After a short briefing about your safari program, you will be transferred to Tarangire national park with packed lunch.
You will stay at the comfortable Mawe Mawe Manyara Lodge, one of our trusted partner lodges, known for its relaxing atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
Your safari will include a visit to Tarangire National Park, a park famous for its large herds of elephants and its iconic giant baobab trees. The park features diverse landscapes ranging from seasonal swamps to open savannah, with the Tarangire River flowing through the area. During the dry season, this river becomes the primary water source for wildlife, attracting a wide variety of animals.

Manyanya National Park

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up from the lodge with picnic lunch prepared for the day. You will then depart for a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park.
Lake Manyara National Park is one of the most scenic wildlife destinations in Tanzania and is particularly famous for its unique tree-climbing lions that often rest on the branches of acacia trees. The park is also home to large troops of baboons, which can often be seen along the road as you enter the park.
In addition to lions and baboons, the park hosts a wide variety of wildlife species, including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and numerous bird species. The ecosystem also supports diverse plant life, reptiles, amphibians, and natural hot springs, making the park a truly rich and fascinating environment to explore.
