Day 1

Livingstone

Pick up from Livingstone Airport and transfer to Maramba River Lodge in Livingstone. In the afternoon, opportunity to visit the Victoria Falls (entrance fee not included, at own expense).
A la Carte dinner will be served in the restaurant (not included).

Day 2

Siabwawinga

Siabwawinga

The morning is free for your own explorations or activities in Livingstone.
In the early afternoon, we hop onto our mountain bikes and ride about 25 kilometers through the African bush. Our destination: the camp at the impressive Batoka Gorge.
At sunset, we take a short hike to a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the river valley. The rugged landscape, bathed in warm evening light, forms the backdrop for our private campsite – a place of tranquility and pure authenticity.
Clients are requested to set up tents on their own and pack them away on their own as well as help packing the vehicle. (B/L/D).

Day 3

Mabula Farm

Mabula Farm

After a hearty breakfast, we load up our converted safari vehicle and set off. In Chibule, we make a brief stop to experience everyday life in an African village. The final 25 kilometers we cover by bike, riding through rural landscapes until we reach our private campsite on a game farm.
As the sun sinks toward the horizon, we embark on a sundowner tour to a nearby dam. There we hope to spot kudu, impala, eland, and other wildlife gathering at the water’s edge. The day draws to a close with camping in spacious dome tents nestled in the Miombo forest. (B/L/D).

Day 4

Kafue National Park

Kafue National Park

With our loaded Land Rover, we drive to Dumdumwenze, the southern entrance of the park. On the way to our camp, we have the chance to cover part of the route by bike. The trail leads across bush tracks, ox‑cart paths, and narrow footpaths that cut through the landscape like fine lines.
In the afternoon, we set off in our specially converted safari Land Rover for a sundowner game drive, exploring the lagoons and floodplains that shape this impressive scenery.
The day concludes with camping at Hornbill Lodge, located within the Kafue National Park. (B/L/D).

Day 5

Lake Ithezi Thezi

A morning safari in the nearby Nanzhila Plains promises exciting wildlife sightings in the fresh early hours. After the game drive, a hearty brunch awaits us before we continue northward. Around midday we reach Chibila Camp, where our campsite offers sweeping panoramic views over the shimmering lake. Later, we explore the shores of the dam. Here we may once again encounter the big cats, while elephants, various antelope species, and a diverse birdlife enrich the scene. (B/L/D).

Day 6-7

Kafue National Park

Kafue National Park

The last few kilometers we cover by bicycle, immersing ourselves in the pristine Miombo woodland.
On a granite hill we enjoy our sundowner: the light refracts across the rocks, and the landscape opens wide and endless.
A boat ride takes us along the Kafue River. Towering granite formations, sculpted into bizarre shapes by time, line the way. Walks, game drives, and boat excursions let us experience the wilderness in all its facets.
We spend two nights at a private campsite directly on the river – a place where nature and silence set the rhythm. (B/L/D).

Day 8

Lusaka

Lusaka

We set off early in the Land Rover and drive to Lilayi Lodge, located south of Lusaka. On the way, we pause for an early lunch (at own expense) at the Olive Grove Restaurant. The afternoon is dedicated to preparations: we stock up on supplies for the coming days and take a leisurely walk through the farm grounds to enjoy the natural surroundings (and possible sightings of Giraffe, various antelopes, and a prolific bird life).
As evening falls, we check into Lilayi Lodge – a luxurious retreat nestled within its own private wildlife reserve on the outskirts of Lusaka.
Dinner at the lodge a la carte restaurant (at own expense) (B/-/-).

Day 9

Lower Zambezi National Park

In the morning, we set off from Lilayi Lodge on our mountain bikes. The route first takes us through rural countryside, passing small homesteads and fields, before we reach an impressive mountain landscape further south. Riding through this wild scenery rewards us with spectacular views until we finally arrive at the Kafue Gorge Dam, where our Land Rover is already waiting. In the evening, we unwind at the cozy Kasaka River Lodge or Lower Zambezi River Lodge. Situated directly on the mighty Zambezi, the lodge offers not only comfort but also the unique atmosphere of a river that is one of Africa’s great lifelines.(B/L/D).

We set off on a long game drive through this wildlife-rich and spectacular landscape. Along the way, we pause for a picnic on the banks of the Zambezi, where elephants sometimes join us. On the small side channels of the river, life is bustling—birds, antelopes, and other animals animate the waters and the shores.
In the late afternoon, we take a boat trip to enjoy the sunset. Before us stretches the wilderness of the Zambezi Valley, glowing golden in the day’s last light.

From Siavonga, our journey begins aboard a lavish houseboat that gently carries us across the shimmering waters. We spend the night in comfortable cabins near Lotri Bay. A boat excursion takes us to hidden coves and breathtaking viewpoints. In the late afternoon, we climb a hill to watch the sunset over the lake – a magnificent finale to an adventure-filled day (B/L/D).
