Start with a morning pickup in Arusha town or Arusha Airport. Drive into Tarangire, a park famous for its ancient baobabs and enormous elephant herds. Enjoy your first game drive spotting lions, giraffes, zebras, and impalas along the river plains. In the late afternoon, settle into your campsite or lodge for your first night under the African skies. Evening dinner and storytelling around the campfire set the perfect introduction to your safari adventure.

After breakfast, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro highlands into the Serengeti, Africa’s most iconic wildlife destination. Afternoon game drives introduce you to vast herds of wildebeest and zebras, as well as the chance to see predators like lions and cheetahs. Enjoy sundowners overlooking the plains before returning to Nyani public campsite for camping, dinner and overnight.

Spend a full day tracking wildlife across the Serengeti. Morning drives often catch predators on the hunt or wildlife gathering near waterholes. Afternoon exploration continues, letting you experience the endless plains that make this park world-famous. In the evening, drive towards Simba public campsite in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for camping, dinner and overnight.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the richest wildlife habitats on Earth. Full-day game drive on the crater floor offers high chances of complete your sighting of the Big Five as well as other resident animals and birds. Lunch at the crater rim with sweeping views. In the late afternoon, drive towards your camping site in Karatu for dinner and relaxation.

Game Drive and Activities in Lake Manyara National Park
Game Drive and Activities in Lake Manyara National Park
Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, famous for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and abundant birdlife. After the drive, experience two signature activities:
1. Treetop Canopy Walkway – nature walk above the forest to spot wildlife from a new perspective & build your appetite for lunch (noon, before lunch).
2. Canoeing Safari – paddle quietly along the lake, spotting hippos, elephants, and birds at close range (3-4pm).
After completion of the Canoeing activity around 4pm, drive back to Arusha town or airport for your evening connecting flight, marking the conclusion of your unforgettable 5-day Northern Tanzania safari adventure.
Important note:
The drive from Lake Manyara to Arusha City or Arusha Airport is approximately 3 hours and to Kilimanjaro international Airport, its 4 hours. If the guest will be flying on this same day, they will need to book with flights times that take the tour timings mentioned here in careful consideration.
