Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After a short morning briefing, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast savannah, majestic baobab trees, and large elephant herds. Once inside the park, your guide will open the roof of the safari vehicle so you can enjoy excellent wildlife viewing.

You may spot elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, zebras, wildebeests, and several species of antelopes. Lunch will be served at a picnic site inside the park, followed by an afternoon game drive to explore more of this beautiful park.

Day 2

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will travel through the Great Rift Valley, passing Mto wa Mbu and Karatu in the cool highlands before entering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will stop briefly at a viewpoint to admire the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater before continuing your journey.

Along the way, you will pass Maasai villages and enjoy the classic “African massage” on the bumpy road as you head toward Serengeti National Park. At Naabi Hill Gate, you can walk to a viewpoint for spectacular views over the endless Serengeti plains. Your safari will then continue to the Seronera Valley, a wildlife-rich area where you may see the famous Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard.

Begin your day with a stunning sunrise viewing, followed by breakfast. Enjoy a morning game drive filled with wildlife sightings until lunchtime. In the afternoon, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a truly breathtaking area, and end the day with dinner and an overnight stay at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling game drive across its short-grass plains and Lake Magadi. This vast extinct volcano, covering 100 square miles, is home to lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and more. With some luck, you may even spot the rare black rhino.

Later, you will ascend to the crater rim and return to camp for your overnight stay, soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Lake Manyara to Arusha

Today, you will visit Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its stunning panoramic views, waterfalls, clear streams, and hot springs. Enjoy a full-day game drive in the park, or, if you prefer, book a two-hour walking safari to experience wildlife up close, including giraffes, buffaloes, and other animals.

In the afternoon, you will return to Arusha and check in to your pre-booked hotel, arriving in time for dinner.

Day 6

Mount Kilimanjaro

Mount Kilimanjaro

Climbing the legendary Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, cannot be done in a single day. However, this day trip gives you the chance to explore the first section of the famous Marangu Route, walking through lush rainforest alive with chirping birds and playful Colobus monkeys.

Note: The hike runs from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Your adventure begins with a hotel pickup in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Marangu Gate for registration before starting your hike from the southeast side of the mountain. You will trek through the lower altitudes, enjoying a picnic lunch along the way as you reach Mandara Hut. After a 30–45 minute rest, you will begin a gentle descent back to the Main Gate.

Your driver will be waiting to take you back to the airport, with relaxing music to ease your fatigue after this unforgettable Kilimanjaro experience.
