Day 2

Journey to Serengeti & En-Route Game Drive

Journey to Serengeti & En-Route Game Drive

After breakfast, your professional safari guide will pick you up from the lodge with picnic lunch boxes, and you will depart for Serengeti National Park. The journey takes approximately 6–7 hours, including scenic stops along the way. You will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you may enjoy breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater before continuing across the vast plains toward the Serengeti.

Upon arrival, you will begin your first game drive en route to your camp or lodge. The Serengeti is world-renowned for its endless savannah, abundant wildlife, and the Great Migration. You may encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, and large herds of wildebeest.

After an exciting afternoon game drive, you will proceed to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay inside the park.

Today after enjoying a delicious breakfast, you can experience an early morning game drive in the park and spend a full day in Serengeti for game viewing while carrying a lunch box. Once the game drives are done, you will drive to your lodge/campsite for relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Today you'll descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive with a picnic lunch.

Ngorongoro Crater is among the UNESCO World Heritage sites and is a conservation project where the Maasai society and their livestock live together with wild animals without harming one another. It constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is one of the natural wonders of Africa. with the presence of about 30,000 large mammals resident all year round such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, and many varieties of birds such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. Be ready to see many animals here within a few times.

Once the game drives are done, you will drive to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Afterwards, you will visit a local coffee farm for a short coffee tour, where you will learn about the traditional coffee-making process from bean to cup and enjoy a fresh tasting.
