After breakfast in Arusha, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, a beautiful park known for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees.

Upon arrival, you will begin a game drive through the park, exploring its diverse landscapes and searching for wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later in the day, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, traveling through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy beautiful views along the way as you journey toward the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Upon entering the park, your game drive begins immediately as you head toward the Central Serengeti (Seronera region), an area well known for its high concentration of wildlife. You may encounter lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and large herds of wildebeests and antelopes.

You will enjoy a picnic lunch en route, followed by an afternoon game drive before arriving at your tented camp in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer to Northern Serengeti – Great Migration Experience

After breakfast, you will depart from Central Serengeti and head toward the Serengeti National Park’s Northern Serengeti, a region famous for hosting the dramatic Great Migration and the thrilling crossings of the Mara River.

During the journey, you will enjoy a scenic en route game drive, with chances to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, and large herds of wildebeests and zebras moving across the plains. This region offers some of the most exciting wildlife encounters, especially during migration season when thousands of animals gather near the Mara River.

After a picnic lunch along the way, you will continue exploring the Northern Serengeti in search of migration herds and possible river crossing action. Later in the afternoon, you will arrive at your tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay in the heart of the Serengeti wilderness.

After an early breakfast, you will head out for a morning game drive in Northern Serengeti to witness the spectacular Great Migration near the Mara River. This area offers one of the best opportunities to observe thousands of wildebeests and zebras gathering and, with some luck, attempting the dramatic river crossing.

After enjoying the migration experience and a picnic lunch, you will begin your scenic drive back to the Central Serengeti (Seronera area) in Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you will continue with an en route game drive, searching for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as other wildlife that inhabit the endless plains.

In the evening, you will arrive at your tented camp in Central Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay, reflecting on the incredible wildlife encounters of the day.

After an early breakfast at your lodge, you will depart from the Serengeti National Park and head toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The crater is home to a dense concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and the rare black rhinoceros. Enjoy a picnic lunch in a scenic spot within the crater while taking in the breathtaking surroundings and abundant wildlife.

After your game drive, you will head back to Arusha, enjoying the beautiful landscapes of northern Tanzania along the way. You will arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening, marking the conclusion of your unforgettable 5-day Great Migration safari.
