After an early breakfast at Osinon Camp, embark on a final morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, and herds of wildebeest and zebras across the iconic savannah. Around midday, begin the scenic journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, approximately 4–5 hours, passing rolling hills, acacia woodlands, and traditional Maasai villages.
Upon arrival at Eileen’s Tree Inn, located near the Ngorongoro Crater rim, enjoy panoramic views of this UNESCO-listed wonder. Spend a restful evening at the lodge, preparing for an early morning descent into Ngorongoro Crater, where you will witness incredible wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, and the rare black rhino.

Day 3
Ngorongoro Crater to Karatu

After enjoying an early breakfast at Eileen’s Tree Inn, your day begins with a descent into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its rich wildlife, including the Big Five lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino as well as zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and hippos. Spend the morning (3–4 hours) on an exciting game drive, immersing yourself in this diverse and dense ecosystem.
Around midday, pause for a picnic lunch amidst the crater’s stunning scenery, then continue your adventure with an afternoon game drive, ascending toward the crater rim to enjoy spectacular panoramic vistas of the surrounding highlands.
After a day full of wildlife encounters and unforgettable landscapes, return to Eileen’s Tree Inn for a restful evening, relaxing in the lodge’s serene setting and preparing for the next day’s safari adventure.

Day 4
Tarangire National Park to Arusha

Early in the morning, your safari guide will collect you from your lodge in Karatu. You’ll travel for approximately 3–4 hours along a scenic road that passes rolling hills, Maasai villages, and expansive plains dotted with iconic acacia trees, arriving at Tarangire National Park.
Once inside the park, settle comfortably in a cool, open-roof safari jeep and take in the breathtaking scenery of lush swamps, vast savannas, and the meandering Tarangire River. Keep your eyes peeled for a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and hippos. With luck, you may also witness lions on the hunt or spot leopards resting high in the trees.
After a full day of thrilling game drives and unforgettable wildlife encounters, you will return to Arusha, completing your Tanzanian safari adventure.
