Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel or airport in Arusha. After a short safari briefing, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, a journey of approximately two hours through beautiful Maasai countryside.
Tarangire is famous for its enormous elephant herds and majestic baobab trees that dominate the landscape. During your game drive, you may encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, impalas, and a wide variety of bird species. Lions and leopards are also frequently spotted in the park.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive. Later in the day, you will drive to your lodge near Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Karatu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park. The journey takes you through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering spectacular views along the way.
As you descend onto the Serengeti plains, wildlife sightings often begin immediately. The Serengeti is one of the most famous wildlife ecosystems on Earth, home to vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and their predators.
Arrive at your camp or lodge in the afternoon and enjoy your first game drive across the endless plains.

Day 3

Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible landscapes of Serengeti National Park.
With both morning and afternoon game drives, you will have the opportunity to track lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and large herds of plains game. Depending on the season, you may also witness parts of the famous Great Migration.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush while surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 4
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands

After an early morning game drive in the Serengeti, you will begin your journey toward the Ngorongoro Crater.
Wildlife sightings often continue along the way as you travel through the plains and back into the Ngorongoro highlands. Arrive in the Karatu area in the afternoon, where you will relax at your lodge and prepare for the next day’s crater adventure.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Return to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend nearly 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day safari.
The crater floor hosts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa and offers an excellent chance to see the Big Five, including the endangered black rhino. You may also encounter lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, and large herds of zebras and wildebeests.
After a picnic lunch inside the crater, ascend the crater walls and return to Arusha in the late afternoon. You will be dropped at your hotel or any of your preferred destination in Arusha marking the end of our tour.
