Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or airport in Nairobi. Travel in a luxury 4x4 safari jeep with a pop-up roof, offering comfort and excellent wildlife viewing. The scenic drive takes you through the breathtaking landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, where you will make a short stop at the viewpoint to admire the panoramic views before continuing toward Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Arrive at your camp or lodge in time for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, head out for your first thrilling game drive across the vast savannah plains. Keep your camera ready as you search for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other wildlife species that call the Mara home. Later in the evening, return to your lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

The Big Five Experience at Masai Mara
After breakfast, spend the day exploring the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s richest wildlife ecosystems. Your safari is conducted in the 4x4 pop-up roof jeep, allowing you to stand and enjoy unobstructed views of the wildlife and surrounding landscapes.
You may choose to begin the day with an optional hot air balloon safari (at extra cost) at sunrise, followed by a memorable bush breakfast in the wilderness. Later, continue with a full-day game drive with picnic lunch, exploring the reserve’s diverse habitats and tracking the famous Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino. The safari will also take you to the famous Mara River, a dramatic wildlife hotspot especially during the migration season (June to October). Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Journey to Kenya's Coast
Journey to Kenya's Coast
After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara National Reserve and enjoy a scenic drive back to Nairobi (approximately 5–6 hours) in your luxury pop-up roof safari jeep. Upon arrival, transfer to the railway station to board the first-class train on the Madaraka Express for your journey to Mombasa.
You will board the afternoon train departing Nairobi at 3:00 PM, arriving in Mombasa at approximately 8:00 PM. The comfortable train ride offers scenic views of Kenya’s landscapes and occasionally wildlife as the train passes near Tsavo National Park.
Upon arrival at the station, you will be met and transferred by road to your beach resort at Diani Beach for overnight stay and relaxation after your journey from the savannah to the coast.

Other popular activities include dolphin watching, traditional dhow sailing, or water sports along the coast.
After a day of sunshine, ocean breezes, and coastal experiences, return to your resort for dinner and overnight stay, enjoying your final night in this tropical paradise.

On your final day, enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your resort, soaking in the last moments of Kenya’s stunning coastline. Depending on your travel plans, you may choose to depart via road transfer to Mombasa Airport or board the Madaraka Express first-class train for your journey back to Nairobi.
There are two train options:
Morning train: Depart Mombasa at 8:00 AM, arriving in Nairobi around 2:00 PM
Afternoon train: Depart Mombasa at 3:00 PM, arriving in Nairobi around 8:00 PM
Road transfers are provided between the train stations and your hotel to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey. This marks the end of your 6-day Bush & Beach Safari, a perfect blend of thrilling wildlife encounters in the Maasai Mara and serene tropical relaxation along Diani Beach.
