Day 1

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha by your professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, you will drive to Tarangire National Park, approximately 2 hours away.

Tarangire is well known for its large herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. During your game drive, you will explore the park’s diverse habitats, spotting wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and various antelope species. Predators like lions and leopards can also be seen.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park followed by an afternoon game drive along the Tarangire River, a key water source attracting many animals.

In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight at Eileen’s Trees Inn.

After breakfast, depart early and drive towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

As you enter the Serengeti, the landscape opens into vast endless plains rich with wildlife. Enjoy a game drive en route to your camp, with opportunities to see lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and possibly cheetahs and leopards.

Arrive in the afternoon at Serengeti Classic View Camp for dinner and overnight.

Spend a full day exploring the incredible Serengeti National Park. Your guide will take you to the best wildlife viewing areas depending on the season and animal movements.

The Serengeti is home to an abundance of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, and large herds of wildebeests and zebras. With a bit of luck, you may witness predator action or even part of the Great Migration.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush and continue with your afternoon game drive before returning to Serengeti Classic View Camp for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive toward the Ngorongoro Crater with a game drive en route.

Upon arrival, descend approximately 600 meters into the crater for a half-day game drive. The crater hosts a high concentration of wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and the endangered black rhino—offering a great chance to see the Big Five in one day.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool while surrounded by spectacular scenery.

In the afternoon, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
