3-Day Safari in the Savannah Plains & the Crater

Journey towards the Vast Serengeti Plains

At 7 am, you'll be required to have your safari luggage ready, ready for a morning pick up from your respective hotel/lodge, for a full-day game drive en route to the Serengeti.

The journey passes through Ngorongoro Conservation Area (the Crater), offering a scenic stop with a sweeping view over the Crater floor for memorable photos.

Arriving at the Serengeti, you'll get to have your picnic lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive across the open plains, and to end with a spectacular savannah sunset.

The Serengeti's diverse ecosystems support millions of wildebeest migration in unique patterns (the Great Migration), ultimately delivering abundant and rewarding wildlife viewing across the savannah plains throughout the year.

Following such scenic game drive, you'll be escorted to Nyani Campsite, right inside the Serengeti, for dinner and an overnight stay under the savannah.

Game Drive over the Vast Savannah

For the day, you are recommended to rise early (at around 6 am) for breakfast, while witnessing the breathtaking sunrise over the Serengeti plains.

Following breakfast, a morning game drive shall take place up until midday. Afterward, you'll then return to campsite for a tailored lunch.

After lunch, you'll be required to have your safari luggage ready, ready to depart for a final scenic game drive across the Serengeti en route Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

The day shall conclude with dinner and an overnight stay at Simba Camp, just at the rim of the Crater.

Life Inside Nature's Crafted Colosseum

For the final day, you'll get to rise at around 6 am for an early breakfast, before descending the Crater floor for a distinctive game drive experience.

Enclosed by ancient volcanic walls, the Crater hosts vast grasslands, forests, and soda lakes; all of which support an exceptional concentration of wildlife, including consistent Big Five sightings.

Inside Nature's Crafted Colosseum, a picnic lunch shall be served during this unique game drive, lasting over six to seven hours of witnessing nature's raw beauty.

Afterward, you'll then briefly return to camp for refreshment before continuing by road to Arusha and onward transfer to the airport, marking the end of this safari.
