Your journey begins with a morning pick-up and a scenic drive towards Lake Mburo National Park.

Along the way, you will make a stop at the Uganda Equator — one of the most popular landmarks in the country. This is the perfect place to stretch, take photos, and stand in both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

You can also enjoy a quick demonstration of the water experiment that shows how water behaves differently on each side of the Equator.

Continue with your drive, arriving at the park in time for lunch and some relaxation at your lodge.

Wake up early for a morning game drive across the Kasenyi plains. This is the best time to spot wildlife — elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and if luck is on your side, even lions.

After lunch, head out for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel. This experience is always a highlight — you get incredibly close to hippos, crocodiles, and a wide variety of birds along the shores.

Return to the lodge in the evening for relaxation and overnight stay.

After an early briefing, head into the forest for gorilla trekking. The trek can take a few hours depending on where the gorillas are, but the moment you find them — it is absolutely worth it. Watching them in their natural habitat is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

After the trek, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful lakes in Africa, known for its many small islands and peaceful environment.
