Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park

Early in the morning at around 6:00 am (pick-up time depends on your hotel location in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for your 8:00 am flight to Arusha. You will arrive at about 9:15 am, where your safari guide will meet you and drive you to Tarangire National Park, about 1.5 hours away.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, open savannah, and the Tarangire River, which attracts many animals. During the game drive, you may see lions, leopards, elephants, and other wildlife.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a packed lunch inside the park. The game drive ends around 4:00 pm, followed by a drive to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. This place is home to many animals, including lions, buffaloes, elephants, leopards, and black rhinos. You may also see many birds, such as flamingos, around the crater lakes. The crater has a beautiful natural setting and offers a great chance to see many animals in a short time.

After the game drive, you will leave the crater and drive to your lodge. In the evening, enjoy dinner and relax before your overnight stay.

Game Drive in Lake Manyara and Flight back to Zanzibar

After breakfast at around 7:00 am, you will head to Lake Manyara National Park, located at the base of the Great Rift Valley. The park is known for its beautiful scenery, including green forests, open plains, and the Lake Manyara.

During the game drive, you may see elephants, giraffes, tree-climbing lions, and many bird species near the lake. After the game drive, you will drive back to Arusha for your afternoon flight at 4:30 pm back to Zanzibar, marking the end of your safari.
