We’ll pick you up from your hotel or the airport to begin your adventure. On the first day, depart at 6:30 AM for a scenic drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, approximately 150 km or 2 hours away. Enjoy a 6-hour game drive in the park, with a hot lunch served amid the stunning wilderness. In the afternoon, continue exploring the park and watch for lions, giraffes, zebras, and a rich variety of birds.

Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds and impressive birdlife, making it a top destination for wildlife enthusiasts and birdwatchers alike. The Tarangire River, particularly in the dry season, becomes the park’s lifeline for wildlife, while the striking landscape is dotted with iconic baobab trees. After a full day of adventure, relax and spend the night at Ngedere Lodge, surrounded by the beauty of the Tanzanian wilderness.

Wake up early and get ready to depart at 6:30 AM for an exciting journey from Ngedere Lodge to the legendary Serengeti National Park, a scenic 231 km drive taking approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival, enjoy a picnic lunch at the Serengeti picnic site, then embark on an afternoon game drive to spot the park’s incredible wildlife.

In the evening, head to Seronera Campsite, where our team will take care of setting up your camping gear, including tents and cozy sleeping arrangements. Spend a peaceful night under the stars, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the Serengeti wilderness.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, enjoying a full 6 hours of wildlife exploration. Pause for lunch inside the park before continuing to marvel at this extraordinary natural wonder.

The Ngorongoro Crater, a massive caldera formed from a collapsed volcano, covers 260 km² and hosts an incredible variety of habitats—montane forests, grasslands, acacia woodlands, swamps, and a salt lake. This diversity supports a rich array of wildlife, including the iconic Big Five, as well as hippos, crocodiles, zebras, and numerous antelope species. With so many animals concentrated in one stunning location, it offers some of the best game viewing in Tanzania.

In the evening, enjoy a relaxing dinner and overnight stay at Karibu Heritage House, surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the region.

Along the way, your guide will share the history and significance of this beautiful area. You’ll also have the chance to visit a Chagga village, meeting the local people who have lived here for centuries and experiencing their traditional way of life.

Next, explore a local coffee plantation and discover the entire coffee-making process from cultivation and drying to roasting and brewing. Watch as the villagers demonstrate their artisanal techniques, listen to traditional songs, and savor the rich flavors of freshly brewed coffee. You’ll also have the chance to sample a local banana-based soup, a specialty of the region.

For lunch, enjoy a traditional Chagga meal in the village, giving you a true taste of the local cuisine. After the tour, return to Arusha, or, if preferred, we can arrange a convenient airport transfer to complete your journey.
