Day one begins with a scenic flight into the northern Serengeti. Upon landing, you are welcomed by your guide and head straight out on your first game drive, starting the adventure immediately.

The region is known for the kogatende, and you may quickly encounter herds of wildebeest and zebra, along with predators such as lions and cheetahs.

After the drive, you arrive at untamed migration camp to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and take in the wild surroundings as your safari experience begins.

Full day in the northern Serengeti national park

Day two is dedicated to exploring the northern Serengeti with extended game drives focused on the Mara River one of the most dramatic of the Great Migration. Here, you may witness the thrilling river crossings as wildebeest and zebra brave the currents, often with crocodiles lurking nearby.

Beyond the river, the area is rich in wildlife, including a variety of antelope species and an abundance of predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Your expert guide will track movements and position you for the best wildlife sightings throughout the day.

After an exciting day in the bush, you return to Untamed Migration Camp, where you can relax, enjoy a warm meal, and reflect on the day’s unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Central serengeti national park

Day three begins with a final morning in the northern Serengeti before setting out on a scenic game drive en route to the central Serengeti. This transfer is more than just a journey, it’s a full safari experience, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way, from grazing herbivores to roaming predators.

As you move into the central Serengeti, the landscape opens into classic savannah, known for its year-round game and high concentration of big cats. Your guide will continue tracking wildlife, ensuring plenty of exciting sightings during the drive.

By late afternoon, you arrive at Kubu Kubu Tented Lodge, where comfort and style await. Settle into your luxurious tent, enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax under the African sky as you prepare for the next stage of your safari.

Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro highlands

Day four takes you on a scenic journey from the Serengeti toward the lush Ngorongoro Highlands, with game drives along the way. As you travel through this diverse landscape, you’ll continue to encounter abundant wildlife herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelles, as well as predators such as lions and hyenas. The changing scenery, from open plains to rolling hills and forested areas, offers a beautiful contrast and excellent photographic opportunities.

By late afternoon, you arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, perched on the rim of the iconic crater. The lodge offers breathtaking panoramic views, allowing you to look out over one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders.
