Upon arrival at Nairobi International Airport, you will be met by our representative, and after a short time to rest and have breakfast, you will drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, also known as Sweetwaters. You will check in at your lodge and have a hot lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit the park's famous chimpanzee sanctuary to meet its adopted residents face to face, and then proceed for an afternoon game drive in the conservancy.

The rocky areas of Koitogor Hill provide a safe habitat for different bird species to thrive. An early morning sunrise with golden light along the Ewaso Ng’iro River and Buffalo Springs Circuit offers the best time to capture lions, cheetahs, and leopards on the move. The Ewaso Ng’iro River also attracts herds of elephants displaying fascinating behaviors, including mud bathing and swimming in the river during hot afternoons.

Enjoy a bush breakfast and then embark on a full-day game drive in the park with a packed lunch in hand, following elephants through the riverine forests and tracking the elusive wild dogs known to roam this reserve. Expect sightings of the Samburu Special Five, among other wildlife. This is also an also an ideal place for birdwatchers, with over 100 species. As the sun sets, the golden light transforms the rugged landscapes into a picture-perfect safari scene.

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your camp for your hot air balloon safari, which lasts an hour, followed by a bush breakfast. Transfer to the airstrip for your flight from the Masai Mara to Nairobi, where you will go on excursions to the Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen Museum. Enjoy dinner at the Carnivore Restaurant, and later transfer to the airport in time for your outbound flight to your next destination.
