After breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and depart the Masai Mara, heading towards Lake Nakuru National Park. The journey takes you through scenic countryside and farmlands, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, you embark on a game drive in Nakuru, a park famous for its birdlife, particularly flamingos and pelicans that gather along the lake’s shores. The park is also home to endangered black and white rhinos, as well as lions, leopards, and buffalo. The contrasting landscapes of woodlands, grasslands, and rocky escarpments make Nakuru a photographer’s delight. Activities here include guided walks, cycling safaris, and hikes through the gorge, where towering rock formations and hot springs create a memorable experience.
