Arusha to Serengeti Ndutu For Great Migration

You will fly -in Serengeti ndutu for wildlife sightings paying special attention to the great migration and spot amazing high concentration of wildebeests, zebras, and some gazelles crossing ndutu area towards western corrido to Grumet area in the west part of Serengeti. Enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park, then continue with game drive before reaching your camp/lodge. The great migration is the largest herd movement of wildebeests, zebras, and Thomson gazelle gathering for calving season where thousands of calves are born in mid-December to April every year.

Begin your day with an early morning wake-up call, followed by a thrilling game drive across the vast plains of Serengeti. This is the perfect time to witness the spectacular Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras move across the savannah in search of fresh grazing lands. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards are often active during this time, offering excellent opportunities for wildlife sightings and photography. In this day you will be able to spot other wild animals like elephants, giraffes, antelopes and different bird species. In the afternoon after having lunch start your drive towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area for overnight stay near crater rim.

Ngorongoro Crater - Return Back to Arusha for Departure

After breakfast around 7:00 AM, you will descend into the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater, taking your packed lunch with you to fully immerse yourself in the magic of this stunning caldera. Throughout the day, you’ll be captivated by the incredible beauty of the Ngorongoro Crater, where a diverse array of wildlife gathers, offering an unforgettable experience. You will enjoy lunch at a picnic site near one of the hippo swamps within the crater. Afterward, you will continue your game drive, gradually making your way out of the crater towards the exit gate. In the late afternoon, you will begin your drive back to Arusha for departure.
