Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible wildlife of Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.
Early morning drives provide excellent chances to see predators such as lions and cheetahs returning from night hunts.
During the day you explore different parts of the reserve including riverine forests and open plains where elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and antelopes roam freely.
A picnic lunch may be enjoyed in the park before continuing the afternoon game viewing.
Return to your lodge in the evening.

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast you depart Masai Mara and travel toward Lake Nakuru National Park, located in the Great Rift Valley.
The scenic journey passes through rural towns and dramatic escarpments before arriving at the park in time for lunch.
In the afternoon you enjoy a game drive around Lake Nakuru, famous for its rhino sanctuary and diverse birdlife.
The park is home to both black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffalo, and leopards.
Along the lake’s shores you may also see flamingos and pelicans.

Later you begin the journey back to Nairobi through the scenic Rift Valley landscape. Arrive in Nairobi in the early afternoon where your memorable Taste of Kenya Safari concludes.
