Your safari begins with an early morning departure from Nairobi heading southeast toward Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest and oldest parks.
The scenic drive takes you through rural countryside and open savannah landscapes before arriving at the park in time for lunch at your safari lodge.
In the afternoon you head out for your first exciting game drive across Tsavo East’s vast plains.
The park is famous for its red-dust elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes.
Highlights may include visits to Aruba Dam where wildlife gathers to drink. After sunset you return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast you enjoy a short morning game drive in Tsavo East before departing for Tsavo West National Park.
The journey crosses the Tsavo ecosystem with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way.
Arrive at Tsavo West in time for lunch at your lodge followed by an afternoon game drive exploring the park’s dramatic landscapes.
You may visit the famous Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear water flows from underground streams and attracts hippos, crocodiles, and fish visible through underwater viewing chambers.

After breakfast you depart Tsavo West heading toward Amboseli National Park, located near the Kenya–Tanzania border.
The drive offers views of Mount Kilimanjaro as you approach the park.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge before heading out on an afternoon game drive.
Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds and open plains which provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities.
As the sun sets behind Mount Kilimanjaro, the scenery becomes one of the most iconic safari landscapes in Africa.

Amboseli to Nairobi
Amboseli to Nairobi
Begin the day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active.
This is the perfect time to see elephants, lions, buffalo, and a variety of birds moving across the park with Mount Kilimanjaro often visible in the background.
After breakfast at the lodge, depart Amboseli and travel back to Nairobi through scenic Maasai lands.
You arrive in the afternoon where your unforgettable Giants Trail Kenya Safari comes to an end.
