Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or the airport in Kigali. After a short briefing, begin your scenic drive to southwestern Uganda, crossing the Cyanika or Katuna border.

Enjoy beautiful views of Rwanda’s rolling hills and Uganda’s terraced countryside as you head to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Arrive in the afternoon/evening and check in at your lodge for relaxation.

Gorilla Trekking Experience

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing before entering the forest for gorilla trekking.

The trek may take a few hours, but the highlight is spending one magical hour with a habituated gorilla family an unforgettable wildlife experience.

After trekking, drive to Lake Bunyonyi. Relax by the lakeside and enjoy the serene atmosphere surrounded by terraced hills and dotted islands.
