Journey to Samburu & First Safari Adventure

Morning departure from Nairobi starts early, heading north through the scenic Central Highlands. The drive passes coffee farms, rolling hills and rural landscapes that gradually shift into the semi-arid wilderness of northern Kenya. A brief stop at the Equator offers a photo opportunity and short demonstration before continuing to Samburu. Arrival at the lodge around lunch time, followed by check in, lunch and relaxation overlooking rugged scenery and riverine forests. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River with possible sightings of elephants and other wild animals. Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight in Samburu.

Scenic Highlands Journey & Thomson Falls Experience

Breakfast and departure after check out, begin a scenic drive south to the cool highlands of Nyahururu. The journey is part of the experience as landscapes shift from dry northern wilderness to lush green highlands, rolling hills and fertile farmlands. Visit Thomson's Falls, a 74m waterfall plunging into a forested gorge. Enjoy guided viewpoints, photography, fresh mist and cool air, with history of Joseph Thomson (1883). Local crafts nearby. Lunch at Panari Resort Nyahururu. After lunch, continue through the central highlands and arrive in Nairobi in the evening with drop off at hotel or residence and lasting memories.
