Morning transfer to Addis Ababa Bole International Airport for your domestic flight to Semera Airport. Upon arrival, meet your private guide and driver and begin your journey into the dramatic landscapes of the Afar Region.

Drive through lava fields, desert scenery, rocky plains, and small Afar settlements on the way to Ahmed Ella. Along the route, enjoy scenic stops for photography and cultural insight.

In the late afternoon, continue to Lake Asale, a vast salt lake famous for mirror-like reflections. Enjoy a relaxing swim in the natural salt pool while watching the sunset over the white salt flats.

Return to Ahmed Ella for dinner and overnight premium camping in spacious tents larger than 3x3 meters. Each tent features normal beds, a private veranda, and a private bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink. Camp staff will take care of all camp chores to ensure a comfortable stay.
