3-Day Tsavo West & Salt Lick Safari from Nairobi

Nairobi to Salt lick lodge

Pick up from your Nairobi hotel by 6 AM and drive to Tsavo West National Park via the Nairobi-Mombasa Road.
The journey takes you through lovely scenery in the eastern part of Kenya, sightseeing wild animals on the way, and the different cultural setting of the community around.
After about a 4-hour drive, you will arrive at a stopover town in Mtito Andei, where you will have a bathroom break, and continue with the journey.
You will do a game drive enroute to the Taita Hills resort and spa for lunch, where a variety of delicacies are served at the main dining area with a lot of ambiance.
After lunch, drive and arrive at the famous Saltlick safari Lodge, check in, and later in the evening depart for a game viewing drive.
Return to the lodge for a sumptuous buffet dinner with a stunning view overlooking the floodlit waterhole, which gives you a close-range view of the animals, ending with a good time for resting. Dinner and overnight stay.

Saltlick to Tsavo west

Get ready to explore “Land of Lava, springs, Man-Eaters & Magical Sunsets”.
Wake up early, have breakfast, and be ready to leave by 8 AM for a game drive in Tsavo West. Arriving at your hotel in time for check-in and lunch.
Later in the afternoon, head for a game drive. Tsavo West is a popular safari destination for its magnificent scenery, Mzima Springs, rich and varied wildlife, and rhino sanctuary.
Dinner and overnight stay.

Tsavo west to Nairobi

This is our last safari day. After a relaxed breakfast at the camp/lodge, we shall check out, followed by an onward departure back to Nairobi by road.
Arrive in Nairobi by early afternoon.
Drop off at your hotel or free onward transfer to the airport for your international flight home.
