After breakfast, depart Arusha for Lake Natron, driving through the dramatic Rift Valley escarpment and Maasai homeland. Upon arrival, explore the striking alkaline Lake Natron, famous for its flamingo breeding grounds and surreal red and orange tones. Lake Natron to Northern Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Northern Serengeti, a key region for the Great Migration river crossings. The journey transitions from volcanic terrain into the Serengeti ecosystem, with increasing wildlife sightings en route. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive through the northern plains where large herds of wildebeest and zebra gather seasonally. This area is known for predator activity, especially lions and crocodiles near the Mara River. The landscape is remote and less crowded, offering a pure wilderness safari experience focused on migration movement and natural behavior.

Northern Serengeti to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day game drive in Northern Serengeti before beginning a scenic transfer south toward Central Serengeti (Seronera). The drive itself offers continuous wildlife viewing across open plains and river valleys. Central Serengeti is one of Africa’s most reliable wildlife regions, known for high concentrations of predators including lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Afternoon game drives explore kopjes and grasslands where wildlife activity remains constant throughout the year. This transition day offers both migration landscapes and classic Serengeti ecosystems in one journey.

After an early breakfast, depart Central Serengeti with a morning drive toward Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater hosts dense wildlife populations including elephants, buffaloes, lions, zebras, hippos, and the endangered black rhino. After the game drive, ascend and continue to Karatu in the highlands. The area offers a cooler climate and agricultural scenery, ideal for relaxation after a full safari day.

Tarangire to Arusha

On this Last day, you will depart for Tarangire National Park. The park is known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal wildlife concentration around the Tarangire River. Expect sightings of giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and predators such as lions and leopards depending on conditions. After the game drive, exit the park and continue back to Arusha, marking the end of the safari experience with a diverse combination of landscapes and wildlife encounters.
